Training and integration trip Gniewino 2012

Due to the specificity of the work in our c (24h / 6.5 days a week) we wanted to gather in one place and time all people associated with company management (managers, commercial and financial department workers, technologists, employees of the quality control department, overseers and production foremen). During the two-day trip we met several times to discuss the current issues and the challenges that we were facing.

The choice of our accommodation wasn’t random. Hotel in Gniewino was a place where the Spanish team (this year’s European Champions in football) set off on their winning matches. Following their example, we also organized here „our team camp“.
