New Horizons Our trip to Germany in April 2022 opened new horizons for us. Not only was it an opportunity to meet with our customers, but it was also a great chance to attend the leading trade fair for the crane industry – Interlift 2022 in Augsburg. As the industry’s leading event, Interlift brings together manufacturers and suppliers of elevators, components and accessories, giving us a unique opportunity to learn about the activities of other companies and open up new opportunities. New Look The visit to Interlift 2022 was particularly significant in the context of our recent investments in SIM Gdynia. A few months ago, as we reported in the “Events” section of our website, our machine park was enriched with a new carousel lathe. This significant upgrade has allowed us to expand our capabilities for machining large parts. We enthusiastically shared this information with potential new customers at the fair, highlighting our production capabilities and expansion plans. SUBCONTRACTING 2023 trade fair in Poznan, Poland
Back to the SUBCONTRACTING Fair After a two-year hiatus due to global events, we were delighted to return to Poznan for the SUBCONTRACTING Industrial Cooperation Fair. This event, held on June 2, 2023, was a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our latest manufacturing and technological capabilities. Bigger Stand, More Possibilities This year, our presence at the fair was particularly significant – we exhibited in a larger group than ever before. Our team, consisting of representatives from various SIM Gdynia departments, allowed visitors to our booth to gain a deeper understanding of what we offer. Through direct dialogue with potential customers, we were able to accurately present our skills, specializations and the latest developments in CNC machining and other advanced technologies. Meetings with Business Partners The fair was also an excellent opportunity to meet with our existing business partners. We value long-term relationships and events such as the SUBCONTRACTING trade show give us the opportunity to maintain and strengthen these ties. We were delighted to meet face-to-face again and discuss our cooperation and future plans.

Decisions in Production At SIM Gdynia, we fully understand that progress and innovation are key to maintaining our competitiveness in the market. For this reason, we have decided to make significant changes to our production facility. New Machines, New Possibilities As part of these changes, two older machine tools have been removed from our production floor. These machines have played an important role in our production process over the years, but in the face of a rapidly changing market and the increasing demands of our customers, we decided it was time to replace them with more modern units. The new machines will not only enrich our machine park, but also increase the efficiency, precision and quality of the components we produce. Welcome to the New Machine Park! First aid training
Training Priority At SIM Gdynia, safety in the workplace is our top priority. We don’t limit ourselves to accident prevention, but also place great emphasis on emergency response skills. For this reason, on June 15, 2023, we organized an in-depth first aid training for our employees. Deepening Knowledge and Practical Exercises This training gave our team the opportunity not only to deepen their theoretical knowledge, but also to participate in practical exercises. Among them were cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and the use of an AED defibrillator, a key device in heart attack situations. We emphasize that the defibrillator is permanently available on our premises. Improving First Aid Skills This training is part of our broader initiative to raise employee awareness and skills in first aid. We believe that every employee should have basic skills that can be crucial in medical emergencies. These trainings not only enhance safety, but also build a sense of community and responsibility within our team.
